Anyone who’s owned a dog knows how quickly they become part of the family.

As I spent more time looking after my own wellbeing, I began taking something called NMN. Not chasing a miracle, but paying attention to the benefits I felt day to day. 

What drew me in wasn’t hype, but the depth of research behind it much of it beginning with animal studies and focused on how the body’s energy systems change over time.
